Sarah has been in the legal recruitment industry since 1996 and brings over 25 years experience to Kingham Law. She heads up Kingham Law’s London Private Practice team focussing on the placement of lawyers in to London law firms at both Associate and Partner level on a permanent basis. Her clients are largely US and top tier City practices as well as specialist West End boutique firms.

Previously, in the late 90s, Sarah spearheaded the legal team of Badenoch & Clark before founding LAW Absolute in 2003 placing Associates in to Private Practice and Commerce & Industry. 

With nearly three decades of legal recruitment and life time experience, Sarah’s approach is straight forward, real and personal. She works closely with her clients on mandates for permanent hires including permanent contingent campaigns and retained work. The majority of her work involves headhunting to find the best candidates in the market and those not actively looking.
