The Programme:

Reward Flexibility: When you refer someone who is successfully placed by us, to say thank you we offer a choice of rewards: receive up to £1000 in cash or £1000 in vouchers of your choice, or opt for us to make a charitable donation in your name equivalent to the value of the reward.

Effortless Referrals: Simply have the candidate you are referring mention your name when they first contact us. We handle everything from there, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.

Terms and Conditions:

Reward Issuance: Rewards are issued within 12 weeks after the candidate starts their new role, contingent on the successful completion of any applicable probationary period.

Pro-rata’d for Short-Term Placements: For referrals leading to temporary or contract roles, the reward will be adjusted based on the duration of the role, up to a maximum of £1000

Tax Responsibility: You are responsible for any personal income or other taxes applicable to the reward.

Tell us!: Whoever you refer must tell us they were referred to us by you when they first contact us and it assumes they are not already talking to us.
